1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Freedom box online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. They apply in addition to our other store policies, including our returns and privacy policies, which are referenced throughout this document.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute legally binding offers on our part. They are an invitation for you to place an order ("invitatio ad offerendum").

When you add a product to your cart and complete the checkout process by clicking the order button, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart. Receiving an automatic order confirmation from our system (for example, a summary email confirming that we have received your order) does not by itself constitute our acceptance of that offer — it merely confirms that your order has reached us.

A binding contract of sale is only formed once we accept your offer, which we do either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the ordered goods to you, whichever occurs first.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown on our product pages are displayed in EUR and include statutory value-added tax (VAT) as well as any other mandatory price components, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are not included in the listed product price. The applicable shipping cost for your order is calculated and displayed during checkout, before you submit your order, so that you can review the full total prior to payment.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods, which will be presented to you during checkout:

Unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract in accordance with Section 3 above. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom
  • Spain

Orders are typically processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation ("handling time"). Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within a further 2 to 4 business days ("delivery time"), depending on the destination and the carrier's own schedule. These timeframes are estimates and do not account for unforeseen delays outside of our control, such as customs processing or carrier disruptions.

Any order-specific shipping details, including the estimated delivery window for your destination, will also be shown to you at checkout.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price, including any applicable shipping costs, has been received.

8. Returns, Withdrawal, and Refunds

As a consumer, you benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal provided under applicable law. Full details, including how to exercise this right, are set out in our Right of Withdrawal / Returns policy.

In addition, we offer the following voluntary returns terms to give you further peace of mind with your purchase:

  • Return window: you may return an eligible item within 30 days of receiving it.
  • Return shipping costs: these are covered by us and are not charged to you.
  • Refund processing: once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
  • Exchanges: as an alternative to a refund, you may request an exchange for another item instead.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all goods purchased from our store in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Products are covered by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery, during which you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in the event of a defect, subject to the applicable legal conditions.

10. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to, and are not willing to, participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms, and any contract concluded through our online store, are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you, as a consumer, have your habitual residence.

Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
