Terms of service

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Freedom box online store ("we," "us," "our") by both consumers and businesses. A consumer is any natural person who places an order for purposes that are outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. A business is any natural or legal person, or partnership with legal capacity, acting in the exercise of its trade, business, craft, or profession when placing an order.

By placing an order through our store, the customer accepts these Terms as they stand at the time the order is placed. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any statutory consumer protection rights that may apply under Spanish or European Union law.

2. Identification of the Contracting Party

Contracts concluded through this online store are made with:

Freedom box
Calle Mecánicos 1
11100 San Fernando, Spain
Email: contact@fredombox.shop
Phone: 34669842926

You can reach us using the contact details above for any questions relating to your order, these Terms, or our store in general.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of products in our online store — including product descriptions, images, and prices — does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part. It is instead a non-binding invitation for you to place an order.

The ordering process works as follows:

  • You select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
  • Before completing your order, you can review and correct your selections, the delivery address, and the payment method at any point during checkout.
  • By clicking the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.

Submitting your order does not by itself create a contract. We will send you an email confirming that we have received your order; this confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. The contract is only concluded once we either send you a separate order acceptance email or dispatch the goods to you.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices displayed on our product pages are shown in euros (EUR) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT) as well as any other legally required price components, unless stated otherwise on the relevant product page.

Shipping costs are not included in the displayed product price. Any applicable shipping costs are calculated and clearly shown to you during checkout, before you submit your order, so that you know the total amount payable before the contract is concluded.

5. Payment

The payment methods available to you are presented during the checkout process. You may only use a payment method that is offered to you at checkout for your specific order.

Unless otherwise agreed between you and us, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery

Unless a different delivery time is stated for a specific product or agreed with you separately, we ship your order within 3–7 working days of conclusion of the contract or, where payment in advance has been agreed, within 3–7 working days of receipt of your payment.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details you provide during checkout are complete and accurate, as this allows us to deliver your order without delay.

7. Retention of Title

The goods delivered remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Until full payment has been received, you may not dispose of, pledge, or otherwise transfer the goods to a third party in a manner that would prejudice our ownership rights.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in connection with their purchase. Full details of how this right applies, how to exercise it, and how returns are handled are set out in our Right of Withdrawal terms, which form part of these Terms and should be read together with this section.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all goods purchased through our store. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory warranty or legal guarantee rights to which you are entitled as a consumer under applicable Spanish or EU law. If you receive goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract, please contact us using the details in Section 2 above.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This platform allows consumers to submit complaints relating to online purchases without having to go to court.

We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not willing to do so voluntarily.

11. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms, and any contract concluded through our online store, are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you, as a consumer, have your habitual residence, which may also apply in your favor.

Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its original economic and legal intent.
