Warranty
Warranty Policy
This policy explains the warranty protections that apply to products purchased from Freedom box. It covers both your statutory rights as a consumer and any additional manufacturer warranty offered on our products, and it explains how to report a fault and what happens next.
Statutory warranty (legal warranty of conformity)
All goods sold by Freedom box are covered by the statutory warranty for defects that applies to consumer purchases. If an item you receive is faulty, does not match its description, or is otherwise not in conformity with the sales contract, you are entitled to a remedy under the law.
Where possible, the first available remedies are repair or replacement of the item, free of charge. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, cannot be carried out within a reasonable time, or would cause you significant inconvenience, you are entitled — where the law allows — to a proportionate price reduction or a full refund.
This statutory warranty exists independently of any commercial or manufacturer warranty and is not limited or reduced by it.
Manufacturer warranty
Where a product carries an additional manufacturer warranty, it applies for 2 years from the date of purchase. This manufacturer warranty is offered on top of, and does not replace or reduce, your statutory rights described above.
The specific terms of a manufacturer warranty, where applicable, may be included with the product or its packaging. If you have questions about whether a particular product carries a manufacturer warranty, please contact us using the details below.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that are present in the product, including issues that appear during normal use within the applicable warranty period.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, failure to follow the product's instructions, or unauthorized repairs or modifications carried out by anyone other than Freedom box.
How to report a fault
If you believe a product is defective, please contact us at contact@fredombox.shop. To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the fault
- Photos of the issue, where possible
We will review the information you provide and get back to you promptly to confirm the next steps.
How the claim is resolved
Once a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair or replacement wherever possible. If a repair or replacement cannot be provided, we will discuss a price reduction or refund with you, in line with your statutory rights described above.
This warranty policy applies alongside, and does not affect, your rights under our separate returns policy, which covers products you wish to return for reasons other than a defect.
Governing law
This warranty policy is provided in accordance with Spanish and European Union consumer protection legislation, without prejudice to any other rights you may have under applicable law.
